  1. Mix everything except the butter into a soft dough, then knead in the butter until smooth and elastic.
  2. Let rise for about 1 hour until doubled.
  3. Pat out 1.5 cm thick, cut 7 cm rounds and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  4. Fry at 170°C for 2 minutes per side, drain, pipe in jam and dust with powdered sugar.
