Ingredients (for 2)

Steps

  1. Cream butter and sugar, beat in the yolks, then mix in cornstarch, flour and baking powder to a soft dough; chill 20 minutes.
  2. Roll 5 mm thick and cut small rounds.
  3. Bake at 170°C for 10–12 minutes — they should stay pale. Cool completely.
  4. Sandwich pairs with dulce de leche and roll the edges in coconut.
Cook it together: One of you cuts and bakes, the other fills and rolls the edges — a very satisfying assembly line.
