Ingredients (for 2)

Steps

  1. Remove some of the watery seeds from the tomato and finely chop it. Finely chop the onion and any cilantro or chili.
  2. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl and roughly mash with a fork.
  3. Mix in the vegetables, lime juice and salt. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  4. Serve fresh with tortilla chips. This is a light snack; add another dish if you are making dinner.
